About these terms
ColorGoods is operated by Dewela Lda, Urb. Vila Sol Village, Bloco BL16, 8125-307 Quarteira, Faro, Portugal. Contact: contact@colorgoods.com. These terms cover the ColorGoods app, website and community features. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreeing to these terms does not replace separate privacy consent where required.
Who can use ColorGoods
You must be at least 13 years old to use ColorGoods. If you are below the age at which you can legally agree to these terms in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf. Purchases must be made or authorised by someone legally entitled to do so.
Using ColorGoods
Use ColorGoods lawfully and respectfully, and keep your account details secure. Do not interfere with the service, access accounts without permission, bypass payment or security controls, or upload unlawful content, sexual content, graphic violence, bullying, hate, spam, another person's private information or material that infringes their rights.
Your artwork
You retain the rights you own in your original artwork. Uploading it gives us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, technically adapt and process it as necessary to provide the features you use, including through service providers. Submitting it for public sharing also permits display within ColorGoods. This permission ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for limited lawful retention and backup removal. Separate advertising campaigns or merchandise using your original artwork require separate permission.
ColorGoods content
ColorGoods and its licensors retain their rights in supplied illustrations, app content and branding. You may share completed colourings for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute supplied illustrations, templates or other protected app content without permission. You must have the rights needed for content you submit; approval does not confirm legal clearance.
Community and moderation
Approved creations can appear in the Creations feed for 24 hours and remain on your public profile afterwards. We may review, reject or remove content and proportionately restrict accounts to address violations or protect users. Where required by law, we will explain decisions and available ways to challenge them. Send reports or requests to review a decision to contact@colorgoods.com, identifying the content or account and explaining your concern.
Free storage
Free accounts currently include space for 100 colourings, 50 Canvas creations and 50 drawings. These allowances do not require ColorGoods+. Ending Plus does not, by itself, remove these allowances. Keep a copy of important artwork where export is available.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, benefits, billing periods and any trial or renewal conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically where stated at checkout unless cancelled through the relevant store. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Account deletion or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, withdrawal rights and other remedies remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store's terms.
Service changes and your rights
Features may change and access may occasionally be interrupted. Material changes to paid services remain subject to applicable notice, cancellation and other consumer rights. Third-party advertisements and services have their own terms. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Portuguese law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights available to you in your country.
Account deletion, updates and contact
You can start account deletion through Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact contact@colorgoods.com for assistance. We may update these terms and will provide notice and seek agreement where required by law. You can also use this email for questions or complaints.
