Who we are
ColorGoods is operated by Dewela Lda, Urb. Vila Sol Village, Bloco BL16, 8125-307 Quarteira, Faro, Portugal. Contact: contact@colorgoods.com. Dewela Lda is responsible for personal information processed through the ColorGoods app, website and support services.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process your email address, username and account information; artwork saved to our servers or shared publicly; likes and follows; purchase and subscription information provided by Apple or Google; and messages or attachments you send us. Technical and advertising services can process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app usage, diagnostics and advertisement interactions.
Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts, save artwork, operate community features, confirm subscription access, respond to support requests, maintain security, improve the app and support advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand sessions and app usage. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are providing requested services, legitimate interests in security and service maintenance, legal obligations, and consent where required. Information necessary for a feature must be provided to use that feature.
Providers and advertising
Providers include Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdMob, AppLovin and Unity Ads. Advertising partners can vary by region and availability. Their processing depends on the services enabled, their settings and applicable privacy requirements. Apple and Google handle app-store payments. Learn more from Google, Firebase, AppLovin and Unity. Information can also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for details of the locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your information.
Saved and public artwork
Artwork saved to your account is stored on our servers. Artwork approved for public sharing can appear in the Creations feed for 24 hours and remain on your public profile afterwards. Leaving the feed does not delete it. Others may retain copies of public content. Avoid including private information in public artwork or usernames.
Website and privacy choices
Our website uses technologies needed to operate its features and can include embedded YouTube videos. Loading embedded content can send your IP address and browser information to its provider. You can manage browser cookies and device permissions, although some features may be affected. Contact us to withdraw consent or exercise any applicable advertising privacy rights. A device permission does not replace any separate consent required by law.
Retention and account deletion
Retention depends on whether information is needed to provide requested services, resolve support or moderation matters, maintain security, meet legal obligations or handle claims. Backup retention also depends on the relevant provider's retention cycle. You can start account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact contact@colorgoods.com for help with deletion and retention questions. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and exercise applicable advertising opt-out rights. Contact contact@colorgoods.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including Portugal's CNPD or Brazil's ANPD.
Age requirements
ColorGoods is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13. We do not currently ask users to provide their age or date of birth. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through ColorGoods, contact contact@colorgoods.com so we can investigate and address it. Additional privacy protections may apply to teenagers under local law.
Updates
We may update this policy and will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
